1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Casino. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that cannot verify eligibility.

2. Account Rules

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable. Selling, gifting, or sharing access is prohibited.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, show signs of fraud, or remain inactive for an extended period.

3. Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. Results are determined by our provably fair system using cryptographic algorithms. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game as displayed in the game interface. Casino reserves the right to void bets placed in error or through exploitation of a technical fault.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, subject to security review.
• We may require identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
• Casino is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.

5. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Collusion with other players.
• Money laundering or funding of illegal activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Casino is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds, data, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the balance in your account at the time of the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet result, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the event. We will review the provably fair data and respond within 7 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Casino is licensed.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Casino after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification.
